Signatures are being collected in order to put abortion on the November 2026 ballot.  This extreme measure would allow babies even in the second trimester to be aborted for any reason. In the above video a local attorney dispels some common myths regarding abortion laws specifically in Idaho. For example, ectopic pregnancy care and miscarriage care are NOT impacted by abortion laws. Women are still able to receive the same high level of care in these scenarios.
